We are excited to announce the Logan Community Child Development Center (CDC) upcoming Fundraiser-Stronger Families, Brighter Futures which will be held on May 16, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Laureate Center, 401 Laureate Way, Kannapolis, NC. This event will provide a wonderful opportunity to celebrate together while supporting the children and families in our community.

Originally named The Community Nursery Association, the daycare changed its name in 1960 to the Logan Community Day Care Association...
Our program offers physical, cognitive, social and emotional development for each child’s needs. Enrichment activities include: Sign language, Mr. Musicman*, field trips, etc.
We are a NC Pre K site for the Cabarrus County Partnership for Children and we receive funding from the Cabarrus Arts Council for our Music Program which provides free music lessons for all children enrolled.
Our Mission
The Logan Community Child Development Center is a non-profit 5-star facility dedicated to the education and nurturing of children and their families.
The center operates on the premise that a community can best respond to a crisis by drawing upon its own resources.
By embracing the most fragile of its community members, the center strives to create positive change in the lives of the children and families it serves.
