                LEAD TEACHER NC PRE K

 

Job Qualifications:

*MUST HAVE BK DEGREE OR

*MUST HAVE BACHELORS DEGREE AND ENROLL AS POST-BACH TO RECEIVE LICENSE WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF EMPLOYMENT.

 

 

*The person selected for this position must possess or obtain the education qualifications of a lead teacher as outlined by state requirements. This person must have a warm, friendly personality, be sensitive to the feelings and needs of others, be able to related well with children, be flexible, and be willing to fulfill job responsibilities in accordance with the program philosophy. This person must be able to maintain a professional attitude towards the children, the families, and the staff at all times, and; be able to "communicate professionally and openly. This individual must also be able to accept change and be a model, demonstrating the kinds of values, attitudes, expectations, beliefs, and choices that make our organization excellent.

 

This individual will work on the Cabarrus County School Calendar (10-months August until June). Leave time is built into this calendar which represents vacation time. you will receive 10 vacation days for the year (1 day (8 hours) per month) and 4 hours sick time per month. Any additional time taken will be time off without pay.
